Professional Development
Our goal is to provide the tools and resources you need to be successful. We have developed professional development program designed to address the unique needs of all staff. Topics range from "The Art of Coaching" and "Advanced Presentation Skills" to "Honing Your Media Relations Expertise." In addition, we offer an “individual professional development track.” The firm will invest in individual courses taught outside the agency, as suggested by supervisors, to address areas that a staff member wants to strengthen.

Career Development
Each position within the firm has a detailed position description that lays out expectations and success criteria. In addition, each manager is responsible for developing a career track for all associates in their group. The manager meets on a regular basis with each team member to track progress, make recommendations, receive feedback from employees and assess readiness for a greater role within the firm.
